Cajun Chicken Salad

Instructions:

  1. Add chopped chicken to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Air fry the chicken at 200°C for 15 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through until golden and cooked through.
  3. While the chicken cooks, shred the lettuce, slice cucumber and chop the tomatoes.
  4. Lay out each plate or prep a big bowl: add lettuce, tomato, cucumber, grated cheese, croutons, pumpkin seeds, and crispy onions.
  5. Top with cooked chicken and drizzle salad cream over the top.
  6. Serve immediately — enjoy!

Notes

No need to measure — just adjust toppings to taste.

Swap salad cream with Greek yogurt or mix both for a lighter option.

Seeds add a satisfying crunch and boost the protein.

Works great for lunch or tea and is easily customisable for picky eaters!
